This area is for questions about our mailing lists. Below you can
find quick answers to our most frequently asked questions. If you
don’t find the answer you are seeking, you are welcome to send us an

I signed up but am not getting the messages.
This typically happens when our email is caught by your email hosts
filters. To ensure you receive our emails, please add http://www.momstalknetwork.com
to your whitelist.
Note: We are seeing an increasing number of bounces from email
accounts due to the email address having some sort of spam blocker
program attached (such as Spam Arrest) where we are required to fill
out a form prior to our email reaching you. We do not fill these out
so please do not sign up if you have a spam block autoresponder
attached. You will need to add us to its safe list prior to signing
up if you want our emails to reach you.
Please take me off your list.
You may unsubscribe from one or all of our mailings by clicking the
first link at the bottom of your newsletter as shown below.
You will then be taken to a page that shows a list of everything you
are subscribed to. You can choose to unsubscribe from individual
lists or if you want to stop receiving all communications from us
you would choose to unsubscribe from main database.
Something on a website you gave in your newsletter isn’t working.
If the site belongs to Mom Talk Network, please send us an email and
include enough information (& a link if possible) so we can easily
find and fix it.
If the problem is on someone else’s site where we were linking to
them as reference, you will need to contact the owner of that site.
If you’re unsure if it belongs to us, send us and email and we will
let you know.
