Searing GrillThe George Foreman GFSG80 Super Searing Grilling allows you to grill and sear meat indoors. Features include:
* Electric grill with 80-square-inch cooking surface and 1-inch floating hinge
* “George Tough” nonstick coating
* Can sear at 525 degrees F; digital timer; variable temperature display
* Dishwasher-safe plastic spatula and grease-catching drip tray included
* Measures 13-3/4 by 9-1/2 by 16 inches; 1-year warranty

What We Like: The grill includes a generous 80″ nonstick cooking surface that is large enough to grill for several people all in one cooking. The material that the surfaces are coated with makes the food release easily. The temperature can be set as high as 525 degrees so meat can be seared quickly to prevent the loss of natural juices that result in a dry finished meat. Then the unit drops to normal cooking temperature.

What We Don’t Like So Much: Cleaning the unit can be problematic. Cleaning when still warm works best.
