Day Twenty One: 30 Minutes

After a full week of rebounding for a half hour a day – I am feeling fabulous!

I’ve started to really feel comfortable on the rebounder.  I don’t have to hold onto the bar as much as I used to.  I’m working my arms a lot more :)
