Hurray for us! We’re at our daily goal time!
Day Fourteen: 30 Minutes
Are you proud of yourself? I know I am!
Ok – 30 minutes is a long time. It’s a great workout – and we’re not going to be adding anymore time through the rest of this challenge.
For me, over the next week I plan to simply work on enjoying the exercise. Light jogging, some simple twisting, etc.
I’ll be back with another update in one week!
