Especially your hair…it can set you over the edge for feeling good or bad. A little color, a blowout, a trim…whatever it takes, do it.
- Maintain “me time” if it’s the last thing you do. Take a walk, get a massage, get a facial, do whatever makes you happy, even for a half an hour.
- Visit your favorite stylist and ask for a few highlights and a glaze with a professional blowout. This is a win-win deal.
- Seasons change so should your hair, even a mild hair make-over and color will brighten your mood.
- Well-groomed hands and feet always say a lot and are simple ways to keep yourself feeling together.
