It is such a painful thing to try to conceive a baby and not be able to. Fertility is a much overlooked gift. It is vitally important to take care of your body when you are trying to concieve a baby by eating healthy diet with lots of fruit and vegetables. Exersize is also important. My favorite thing when I was trying to acheive was to chart my fertility to see what my optimal days for achieving would be. That would be charting your cervical fluid and possibly charting waking temps as well. I have found a wonderful peice of technology called Fertileview by Novuscor that helps me to track my fertility. I input my fertility signs and my fertility goal and it tells me exactly where I am. That to me is greening your fertility without chemicals or devices. My husband does all of our charting currently and although we are currently not trying to acheive we have been very successful. I would encourage anyone who is experiencing any fertility problems to chart their signs and see their doctor to help support them. It is really easy and very healthy!!!!
