Cozi is a great free web service that offers a new way to simplify and organize your family’s appointments, lists, reminders and photos. Your family’s home page contains the calendar, shopping lists, messages, screen saver and family journal and can be personalized with a favorite photo.
The family calendar is color-coded, making it easy to keep track of individual family member’s activities. You can view the whole family at once or one person at a time. It syncs with Microsoft Outlook and is printable by the week or month. You can also use it to keep track of doctor and dentist appointments, to keep track of car maintenance and other household chores that you may forget to get to.
Cozi offers customizable lists for shopping. You can individualize a list for each store that you frequent. There is a messaging system if somebody needs to remind you to pick up something.
Besides syncing with Outlook, Cozi also can sync to your smart phone or PDA. You can also access your lists by calling 1-888-808-COZI.
Another great feature is the family journal. Life can happen quickly and we may be too busy to scrapbook or journal. Family Journal offers an easy way to jot down the memory and even add a picture.
