		<description>FANTASTIC interview!  What a great perspective &amp; outlook!  We hear so much about how we are supposed to invest ourselves in our children - or the opposite extreme of leaving them in the hands of daycare, nannies, schools to raise them.  It&#039;s finding the balance of allowing them to see YOU as a human being &amp; woman and not just their mom - while you support, teach, and encourage them to grow, too.
