It’s annoying as heck that I can’t post some proud weight loss numbers for you after so many days – but my scale has been so very stubborn
Still – I can report that I’ve been faithful with my diet and exercise. I’m edging my way towards the 40 minutes a day goal.
I feel strong and full of energy – I haven’t been able to stop talking about it!
Stepping it Up
I added something new to my weight loss efforts today and wonder what you will all think about it.
It’s the weigh loss pill, Alli. Alli keeps 25% of the fat you ingest from being absorbed by your body.
It works nicely in conjunction with a low fat diet like Weight Watchers – helping you lose more weight than with dieting alone.
You may have heard of the not so pretty ‘treatment effects’ that can come from using Alli and eating too much fat – I won’t go into any details but let me promise you that I’ll be careful
I’ve never tried any diet pills before but I’ve been thinking about Alli for a long time. It’s only benefit is losing weight faster – and quite frankly, that appeals to me right now.
My Other Goals?
Let’s not talk about that right now. (You may want to get a pair of heavy boots though – I may be needing it.)
Why do I want to Be a Better Me?
I like feeling this good
How much better will I feel when I shed a bug chunk of weight?

It’s so frustrating when the scale doesn’t budge – in the past that’s what has caused me to give up and throw in the towel. Way to stay positive about it and not let it effect you too much.
I’m starting Alli also…and yeah the side effects can be pretty nasty if you eat too much fat. I’m hoping it’s going to give me that little extra boost I need to get things rolling.
Can’t wait to hear how you like it and hear your results!
I haven’t tried Alli but I have heard about the side effects also. I think you just need to decide whether the benefits outweigh the costs. Keep up the great work, 40 min a day, wow!
