This is my Day Six update for 48 Days to a Better Me.
It’s late at night. I felt hungry- which would normally mean me trolling the kitchen for some potato chips or ice cream – but tonight I’m having a cup of healthy veggie and whole grain pasta soup.
Yay Me!
It has been a good couple of days. I’ve been doing well on Weight Watchers and I’ve been taking time out for exercise.
I watched an episode of The Biggest Loser today. I have never watched it all that much before but I can see that it is very motivating. I feel like a total slacker when compared to all the exercise they do! I’d love to have a personal trainer to kick my tail every day
Why do I want to be a Better Me?
The last couple of days I have been amazed at my energy level. I’m alert and focused. I love it! I want every day to be like that – and when I’m eating crap and not getting some activity – I end up feeling sluggish for several hours of the day. I want to be a Better Me and enjoy more of my days!

Congratulations on not falling back on old habits!
I’m currently just managing to tread water, but I think your reason for taking this challenge just inspired me to take it up myself after we close on the new house and get moved in.

Way to go Kelly!
It’s that moment right before we make the choice that we win the battle. You made the right choice with the healthy soup. Just keep making that right choice over and over again and you’ll achieve all of your goals.
Blessings to you,
Eren
