I’m cruising happily into week two of 48 Days to a Better Me. I’m feeling great, still highly motivated and really enthusiastic about taking these steps towards a healthier Kelly.
Weight Watchers has been going well. The scale is being most kind. I’m not struggling with cravings and haven’t been tempted to cheat.
I took the weekend off from exercising and I’m torn about that. I worked hard on Friday and my legs were really hurting. I took that as a sign that I should rest them up. I think that was the right thing to do – but I’d love a professional opinion on that.
I’ll be jumping back on the rebounder as soon as I finish this post. I’m actually looking forward to it.
I’ve been caffeine free and I don’t miss that. I’m amazed at how awake, alert and focused I feel without it.
I’m two days behind on my 90 Day Bible Reading Schedule
(Already!) Man, it’s so easy to forget about something when it’s not our habit. Don’t worry though – I’ll read two days worth today and get caught up.
The one area I haven’t tackled yet is budgeting. I’m going to my calendar right now to set aside a chunk of time for that.
Why I want to be a Better Me
I want the self confidence that comes from setting a goal and seeing it through!

I’m not a professional, but I do know you should give your body rest every week. Having said that, it’s good to be sore and if you still want to workout just work on a different part of your body.
