I’m feeling punky with a cold and sore throat so I haven’t been rebounding in the last 48 hours but I do plan to do free weights tonight before I head to bed – because I got new free weights in the mail today! Aren’t they the coolest?

Some good news from the scale today – I’m down two more pounds. When I hold one of these two pound hand weights, I get a big smile on my face knowing that I’ve shed that much weight in the last week.
Today is day three for me on Alli – and I’m pleased to report that I haven’t experienced any ‘treatment effects’. I’m sticking well to the Weight Watchers plan so I’m keeping my fat intake well within recommended levels.
Why I want to Be a Better Me:
I am so inspired by a new friend on twitter who have lost over one hundred pounds. I really look forward to the day that I can make a similar report!
