		<description>I appreciate your thoughts and tips. I too have the Mommy guilt and really struggle to get all my work in when the kids are at school or asleep. My kids still get upset when my phone rings and I answer it or when I respond to an email on my blackberry when we are out and about. I try hard to stick to my schedule. Unfortunately, it doesn&#039;t work that way. I can put a schedule on paper an tack it up by my desk, but it&#039;s hard to account for other daily interruptions, (ie. cat throw up, school calls, knocks on the door, etc.). I guess there&#039;s no easy answer except some magical spell to make days longer, require less sleep or make time stand still until project is complete. I do appreciate any tips that work for others. I have another layer with having ADHD and struggling with organization. I&#039;m thinking that hiring an assistant may be an answer if I can find a virgo-like focused individual willing to work part time on some of my more menial tasks like data entry and file organizing.
