All Natural Products I’d Rather NOT Live Without: Part 2

September 8, 2008 by Christina Lemmey

Welcome to Mom's Talk Network! Have you checked out our free Guides for Moms? Be a Great Mama is one to start with :)

This is Part 2 of a series written by Guest Blogger Mandy Ray-Jones of Artsy Mamas and Bonefide Mama.

Since becoming a mom, there are certain products that the members of the Jones family have learned that they just simply prefer to have on hand.

Natural Calm by Natural Vitality:

Are you having trouble sleeping? Are your children sleeping poorly? Perhaps a littlesoft
magnesium would do the trick! My children were both poor sleepers when I discovered this wonderful product. Once I started to give them a small dosage every evening after dinner (we add it to juice), their sleep habits immediately improved.

But Natural Calm is not only good for sleep issues. Constipation, migraines, anxiety… I’ve personally experienced a relief of all of these symptoms from taking this product. If you would like to try it for yourself without making the financial commitment, contact the company. They are great about sending samples!

Colloidal Silver:

Is this the stuff that turns people blue? Yes! But only if you use a very high dosage over a long period of time. My own experiences have led me to believe that colloidal silver is a wonderful product that not only prevents sickness but treats infections.

My husband works at a pharmacy and he was constantly sick. Every week he came home with something new. Then he learned about silver and started to use it. For a year he used this product regularly and never once got sick again. After a year, he stopped using it and started to resume his cycle of weekly illness!

Furthermore, we give it to our children throughout the cold and flu season and each time they start to show signs of being sick. They have not been sick for longer than 6 hours since we started this habit. I fully believe in colloidal silver and I encourage anyone to discuss its use with your doctor the next time an antibiotic is in order.

As always, do your research before ingesting anything or giving it to your children. These are my favorite things but you may have a completely different experience with these natural products.
