A Better Me – Me Too

better-me-125So when I first saw Kelley’s post about the 48 days to a better me, I thought that’s nice. New year new you.

While I too have started to try and improve myself, I didn’t take much to heart. Finally I really sat down and read what Kelley had to say. Go get em Kelley!

I have come to understand that we all need support and encouragement from one another.

My current focus is exercising and eating better. I recently got the Wii Fit and so that has been my motivation to exercise. I have been getting up early every am to exercise and then get started on work before the boys get up.
I also took the weekend off as Kelley did, but I cleaned the house on Sat so that counts towards exercise.

My big problem is the sweets. I have a terrible time staying away. So my weight keeps just bouncing back and forth. So any encouragement in that department would be appreciated. Once I get this under control, I have lots more to accomplish.
