I never received an email
telling me where to download my purchased product.
We apologize for this. Most likely, the email was caught in a spam filter issued
by your email host. First, you should add mom@momstalknetwork.com to your
whitelist to ensure you don’t miss our emails. Then forward a copy of your
receipt to the above address and we will send the product to you.
If you do not have the receipt, we will need the name and email address you
purchased it the product under.
My download link not working
The download links are only good for a short period of time and chances are, it
has expired. Send us your receipt to the address above and we will forward the
product to you.
I’d like a refund
There is a 30-day refund policy on all product purchases. If you would like to
request a refund, please send us an email at the above address. Be sure to
include the following information:
Date of purchase
Name & email you ordered with
Receipt number
I can’t get the ebook to open
In order to open the pdf, you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your
computer. You can get a free copy of this program

My computer crashed, how can I get another copy
Send us a copy of your receipt or tell us what name and email address you
purchased the book under and we will send you a new copy of the ebook.
